Built by a soldier.
For the work we do.

FPKT started with a simple idea: make the tools we use for Army fitness easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to use.

Whether you’re working toward a better AFT score, helping someone prepare for their next test, or getting the paperwork together, I hope this app makes that part of your day a little easier.

Thank you for supporting something built by a fellow soldier.

About FPKT
What is FPKT?

FPKT is a free Army fitness app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, built by a soldier. It scores all five Army Fitness Test (AFT) events on the General or Combat standard, measures waist-to-height ratio (WHtR), keeps your test history, and generates DA Form 705 scorecards and DA Form 5500 worksheets.

How does FPKT score the AFT?

Enter your age, sex, standard and event results, and FPKT turns each result into points using the Army’s AFT score tables, effective 1 June 2025. You need at least 60 points on every event, and at least 300 total on the General standard or 350 on the Combat standard. Here’s how the AFT is scored.

Is FPKT free?

Yes. FPKT is free to download on the App Store, and its core tools work without an account. AI Coach, which is still in development, will require an account, a subscription, and an internet connection.

Which devices does FPKT work on?

FPKT runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It needs iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later.

Does FPKT need an account or internet access?

No. Core scoring, history, and bundled Army publications work offline and without an account. In versions with account sync, signing in also backs up your history privately.

Is FPKT an official Army app?

No. FPKT is independently built and is not an official Department of the Army product. Always use official Army systems and current guidance as the authoritative record.
